To ALL Football & Cheerleading Parents,

Volunteer Assignments will be posted on the Volunteer Schedule link. Assignments will be made by the Volunteer Manager for each team based on your request on the Registration Form. Should a parent not be available for their assignment they should contact the Volunteer Manager for reassignment to another date. Remember it is an obligation of both Football and Cheerleading parents to volunteer as part of their son or daughter participating in H-W Generals Youth Football and Cheerleading.

The assignments on the Volunteer Schedule are for home games only.  (Assignments do not include volunteer positions for Cheerleading Competitions, Game Photographers or the Year End Banquet. Those that volunteered for the Cheerleading Competition will be called at a later date).

FIELD SET UP : set up begins 1 hour before the start of JVC and D Games; see the game schedule for arrival times.

JVC Game Volunteers: 1 hour before start of game for set up, 1/2 hour before game time for other volunteer activities.

JVA Games: 1/2 hour before the start of the game.

D Game Volunteers:  1 hour before start of game for set up, 1/2 hour before game time for other volunteer activities.

C Game Volunteers: 1/2 hour before start of game.

A GAME Volunteers: 1/2 before start of game.
