THE 2011 BANQUET WILL BE ON
SATURDAY NOVEMBER 19th
HWRHS Cafeteria & Auditorium 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Dinner is for All Players, Cheerleaders and their Immediate Families Only.
THERE IS A $5.00 ADMISSION FEE AT THE DOOR FOR EACH ADULT AND EACH CHILD TO COVER THE COST OF THE BANQUET. PLAYERS AND CHEERLEADERS ARE FREE.
PLAYERS PLEASE WEAR YOUR GAMES SHIRTS.
(Relatives & Friends may come to the Auditorium at 5:15 PM for the Awards & Slide Show)
We will be ordering food and will need a close head count.
Menu:
Pizza, chips, drinks and desert.

Set Up 2:30 – 3:00 (Decorating cafeteria and mounting photo's)
Cafeteria Help 3:00 – 4:30
Clean Up starting at5:15 (Clean up cafeteria)
All FOOTBALL TEAM PLAYERS MUST TURN IN THEIR EQUIPMENT ON THURSDAY 11/17 BETWEEN 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM AT THE BOY SCOUT BARN IN WENHAM. (Players should wear their football game jerseys to the banquet).
This Banquet is NOT meant to be a time for kids to run around out of control with their friends...we are trying to have a fun-filled event to honor the players, cheerleaders and others. Please try to keep your younger children that may be in attendance under control. We will also have some very expensive video equipment set up in the auditorium and don't want to have to be responsible if something gets broken.
We'll see you on Saturday November 19th.
