Dinner is for All Players, Cheerleaders and their Immediate Families Only
(Relatives & Friends may come to the Auditorium at 5:15 PM for the Awards & Slide Show)

Kids: Pizza
Adults: Chicken Parmesan, Meatballs, Ziti, Salad, Bread
C and JVC Players and Cheerleaders should bring desserts that can be picked up with fingers (cookies, cupcakes, brownies…no pies or unsliced cakes please)
We Need Your Help on the 21st of November!!!
Please let the Banquet Manager (Susan Burr) know via email how you can help with one of the tasks listed below. All available on a first come, first available basis:
Set Up 2:30 – 3:00 (Decorating cafeteria and mounting photo's)
Kitchen Help 3:00 – 4:30 (Heating food, salad prep, serving tables)
Clean Up starting at 5:15 (Clean up cafeteria)
*** ONLY A & B TEAM PLAYERS KEEP THEIR GAME JERSEYS & SHOULD WEAR THEIR GAME JERSEY’S TO THE BANQUET ***
All A, B, C & JVC FOOTBALL TEAM PLAYERS MUST TURN IN THEIR EQUIPMENT ON TUESDAY 11/16 BETWEEN 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM AT THE BOY SCOUT BARN IN WENHAM.
This event is NOT meant to be a time for kids to run around out of control with their friends...we are trying to have a fun-filled event to honor the players, cheerleaders and others. Please try to keep your younger children that may be in attendance under control. We will also have some very expensive video equipment set up in the auditorium and don't want to have to be responsible if something gets broken.
We'll see you on Sunday November 21st.
